First Support Contact: the Help Desk
Supported:
- We support installing licensed software on company owned computers.
Best Effort:
- Anyone can bring computers and software to the Help Desk to seek advice about installing software, but we cannot install the software for you.
Not Supported:
- We do not support installing software on personal computers, unless the software is Adobe Master Collection or the Microsoft Office Suite and the personal computer belongs to a full-time staff or faculty member.
