Supported:
- Hardware installation and maintenance of company-owned and User Services approved computers, peripherals, display devices, printers, and scanners. This includes repair or replacement of any internal computer components such as the RAM, motherboard, power supply, etc, where applicable.
Best Effort:
- Anyone can bring computers to the Help Desk or call to ask questions and seek advice on computer repair and maintenance.
Not Supported:
- Any kind of hardware maintenance on non-company-owned hardware or hardware that was purchased without the approval of the Help Desk or Lab Operations.
