1 Expenses. New hires are added twice a month- some employees may have to wait up to 8 days before receiving their invite to our expense platform.
- Watch this training. Please watch this 7-minute training video on how to use the system, and a few set-up tips to help make this transition nice and smooth.
- Get Mobile App. Make sure to enable access to your photos when you set up the mobile app. This will allow you to take pictures of your receipts with your smartphone and attach them to an expense report with ease.
- Know the policy. Submission of expense reports via our expense tool should comply with our Expense Policy. You can find the US & LATAM policy here.
2 Travel. We currently have different approaches to booking travel in all our regions. Over the next few months we will all change to using a company called XYZ to book our travel. This is currently live in the US. It's best to look up your local workplace experience team page to find out how travel is managed in your country.
